All in all, I loved the place. GREAT location, close/walkable to downtown, and near public boat ramp as well. It was very clean, and mini-split AC worked great to bring your room temp to your comfort level. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was nice. The duel showerheads were refreshing, and water got very hot if that's what you like.
I will note that, although they do say it is not ADA compliant, it didn't really mention that my specific room (the Pelican) is on 2nd floor, up some pretty narrow/steep stairs. it was fine for me, but if you are someone with balance/stair climbing issues, I would make sure to book one of the rooms on the main level.
I would/will 100% stay here again when in town.

Enjoyed our stay. We loved the decor; the room was comfortable and beautiful. Also the dual showerheads in the bathroom were an unexpected bonus!
The only quirky thing I'd note for others is that their smoke/fire alarms are extremely sensitive; for some reason, they started beeping any time I used my hairdryer in the room. I wonder if they were sensing the heat, because there certainly wasn't any smoke. This occurred even when I dried my hair next to the window with it open. Good for safety, but tricky when you're in town for an event and need to style your hair! :) Overall, would still recommend and enjoyed our time here. Would stay again!

This rental is a a great location for visiting Battery Park for their BBQ competition. Walking distance to many restaurants and things to do. The room was really clean, quiet, bed was great and shower with double shower heads was AMAZING! We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again for sure.

really nice bedroom, bathroom and liv room/kitchen common area. We would stay again. there are 5 separate suites that share living room and nice large kitchen. Some of the rooms are upstairs and some on main floor. Easy walk to everything

Any time in Apalachicola is a good time - we had never done a shared space before, but it was great and perfectly executed.
Walking distance to just about everything down town. Check out Water Craft and the Yacht Club.

What a super cool place. Yery peacegul, quiet and private. Great location in the town. We rode our bikes all over and just parked up the cars. Great price, house was super clean and the room was well fitted with everything you need. Oh and the bed is heavenly. You will not regret this choice.

My sister and I needed a place to crash after a full day at the beach! We waited until the last minute to find somewhere and we definitely lucked out with this find! Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, very quiet area. We never even saw other guests, even with the shared kitchen area. It was a great stay and we wish we could have enjoyed for more than one night!

Very pretty house in the central location of town. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, clean linens, gorgeous bathroom. The bedroom is a bit tight but there's plenty of space to hang out downstairs in the shared kitchen and living room. We only stayed for one night and didn't see any other guests (there are 5 rooms total in the house). Which leads me to one concern I had about parking - there're no instructions on where to park. There was one car in front of the house and I parked mine next to it and it was very close to the front steps. If all rooms were occupied, I'm not sure where everyone would park. But other than that, it's a great place to stay for a few nights.

We loved the spot!! The room was very pretty and we loved the walk in shower. This was a last minute find for Memorial Day weekend and we could not have scored better for the location/space/price. We will definitely be back. Make sure you grab a drink at the Gibson Inn (about a 3 minute walk) and then watch the sunset on the dock in town.

When I rented the property, I did not realize that it had a shared living space. Each individual room with bathroom has its own locked door code so only you can access it similarly to a hotel.
In the end, the location was so close to downtown and everything was so clean and beautiful that it didn’t phase me at all that I was in a shared space. The space has a wonderful upscale feel! Definitely would stay again!

Nice, clean, modern house in a great location. Rooms had nice furnishings and were super clean. Shared kitchen was cute but we didnt use it because it was just an overnight stay. Would stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Communication with the agents/owners was great. They were very responsive!

Such a comfortable cozy stay. We loved the ambiance of this charming home and the rooms were so warm and inviting. A sound machine is provided in each room as well which is a really nice comforting touch. The public kitchen and living space is super clean and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants making walking a top option if the weather permits. All around great stay!

We enjoyed our stay however I did not expect that we would have a shared kitchen/den area with other renters. I booked in a hurry and it was probably stated. Just be aware that there are 5 total bedrooms and baths. Ours was very comfortable and clean but it was upstairs so make sure that you can climb stairs. There are two rooms that are available downstairs. We will definitely book again as the common areas were not an issue for us. It was also nice that one of the other renters left donuts from Weber's that were to die for!

Excellent location!! We spent Valentine's here & Loved how close we were to everything, & easily walkable to the quaint, small downtown scene. Huge, comfortable bed, & I can't say enough about how amazing the shower is!!! Great size shared kitchen & sitting area downstairs, & a couple rocking chairs on the porch area with a view of the water under the bridge. Great place to enjoy the delicious coffee they've provided before you start your day. Host was kind & clear with instructions. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Nice remodel! Super comfortable bed! We had the place to ourselves, so that was great. The upstairs room we had was right next to main highway bridge, but they did supply a white noise machine.

A perfect location for what was needed: close to the courthouse (across the street). No one else was there so it was very private and quiet.

Very clean. Comfy bed. I was concerned about it being just beside the bridge and noise, but that was not a problem. I couldn't believe I couldn't hear the road noise much at all. You do need to know the stairway is narrow. There are 2 rooms downstairs and 3 or 4 upstairs. The stairs may be difficult for elderly or if you don't have good balance. Noise in the hall and stairs does carry due to the hardwood floors. The other guest was quiet, but you could hear the front door down stairs, from the upstairs room. I really liked the place and will stay there again.

The room and bathroom were very nice, clean and appealing. We booked four nights for two, but only had bath towels and bath clothes for one night, and one small roll of toilet tissue. Not sure what we would have done if we hadn’t ran into the folks cleaning a room that someone had just left!! Seems to me with a four night stay! They should be at the very least four nights of bathroom supplies.

It would be better if you could see which rooms are available and choose. Also the website did not say clearly that the kitchen was a common area and there are 5 rooms. It is fine that it is but we were surprised that it was.
