Full Moon Lighthouse Event with music by SeaBreeze

The Crooked River Lighthouse in Carrabelle, FL, is hosting a Full Moon Event on February 24, from 6:00-8:00 pm. The evening features live music by SeaBreeze, a duo known for their wide-ranging repertoire from various genres. Attendees can savor the natural beauty of St. George Sound and Carrabelle Beach under the full Snow Moon, along with tasty offerings from A Train Stop food truck. The event includes an after-hours visit to the Keeper’s House Museum, showcasing the lighthouse's historic Fresnel lens, and a glowing bonfire in the park, weather permitting. Guests are encouraged to bring a chair and enjoy the night. A suggested donation of $5 supports the lighthouse. Additionally, Full Moon tower climbs offer a unique experience with stunning bay views for $10, with 15-minute interval scheduling during the event. Advance ticket purchase is recommended due to limited availability, requiring climbers to be at least 44 inches tall. Children under 12 climb free with a ticketed adult. The Cape St. George Lighthouse on St. George Island invites you to the March Sunset and Full Moon Climb on Monday, March 25, 2024. This special event, from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., offers breathtaking views of St. George Island, the Gulf of Mexico, and Apalachicola Bay under the evening sky. Ticket sales start at 7:00 p.m. in the gift shop, with no advanced reservations. Sign up for a 15-minute slot with the lighthouse keeper upon ticket purchase; each slot accommodates up to 12 people. Tickets are $10 for the general public and $7 for St. George Lighthouse Association members, payable by cash or credit card.
