what a wonderful night having a clean room, comfortable gathering space and decent coffee. I think we had the place to ourselves. after a week at a different house that was no way close to how it was described, I felt I could treat us to this place and I wasn't disappointed. a hair dryer would have been nice.

Very quiet, Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Common area is nice. Location is perfect.

Nice place and convenient to downtown. The rooms were clean and so was the common area. Like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. We look forward to going again.

While we don't offer a full breakfast, we'd recommend checking out the Franklin across the street - they have some of the tastiest chicken and waffles in town, made with our local tupelo honey. It's a true taste of home. We hope you'll visit us again soon.

Had a great stay for 1 night. Booked last minute during our travel day. Host answered questions quickly. The room was clean and nice. A/C worked great. It was easy to walk to restaurants. Great stay at a good price.

Matched description. Even though we didn’t have the entire place to ourselves the shared kitchen and lounge area was not an issue.
Easily walkable to restaurants. Parking spot was very useful during the seafood festival.
Host was responsive.

Very clean and bathroom and shower were very nice. I didn’t realize there was a shared kitchen and stairs but once I re-read the entire description on the site, this was noted. Very nice kitchen and we were able to walk to all the good restaurants and brewery. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, amazing remodel. Place with squeaky clean with easy access and looked exactly like the photos. Top notch. Hardly noticed there were several other couples staying there. Great common area and porch. Loved every bit of it. Only thing missing was a full length mirror.

It was very nice, clean room!

The property was recently renovated, and everything still feels fresh. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and the king size beds shrink the rooms further. But the property is clean, it feels safe, and it is conveniently located near the heart of town.

Located in the heart of Appilachicola close to everything. This home has been immaculately remodeled. The bed was comfortable, fishing, and restaurants close by, would recommend!

We found this place last minute on our sailing voyage along the coast, just looking for a hot shower and laundry. We arrived to Apalachicola late evening the day before our checkin. The reservations rep, Susan, was super helpful in getting us in a day early and very quickly. She followed up after hours to make sure we had no issues. The place was beautiful and clean.
